Northeast Iowa Community College Selects YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform to Deliver Accessible Content to Students

Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC), which serves eight counties in Northeast Iowa and surrounding areas, has selected YuJa Panorama LMS Accessibility Platform as its all-in-one solution to deliver accessible content to students. YuJa Panorama will replace the institution’s former accessibility solution.

Institutional leaders compared YuJa to their existing solution and found a more streamlined approach to accessibility, including with the ability to generate alternative formats, in-line remediation of content, and the ability to automatically fix content in the learning management system with the click of a button using the YuJa Accessibility AutoPilot add-on. AutoPilot is an AI-powered accessibility tool that identifies accessibility issues and proposes solutions, and then sends the corrections to the downstream Remediation Engine for automatic remediation. YuJa’s specialized Remediation Engines remediate a variety of content from documents to images, including scanned documents, handwritten and digital text. YuJa Panorama integrates directly with the D2L Brightspace Learning Management System.
