Since most of you are sure to love the ability to summarize articles and other long-form text using Gen AI in SmartSpeaker, we thought we’d add this capability to AccessNotes as well. That’s right, you can now use Gen AI to turn long-form audio notes into a text-based summary to highlight key moments and cut out all that extra babble.
New In-Depth Reporting for AccessNotes to View Key Analytics
The AccessNotes Report allows admins to track key analytics and provides insights into the number of uploads, transcripts generated, and summaries created (which I imagine will be a lot).
Create Tags to Highlight Significant Moments
You can now add descriptive tags to your notes, highlighting key areas of interest and expanding on important points. Tags are also timestamped and can be color-coded to help with organization, because what good are notes really if they’re disorganized?
Minimize Background Audio Using AI-Powered Noise Reduction
AccessNotes uses an AI noise-reduction algorithm to help reduce unwanted background noise from your notes, ensuring clear audio playback.
