From the US to the UK and UAE, our team will be connecting with educational and organizational leaders, sharing insights, and exploring the future of cloud platforms to power the regulated sector.

This March 11-12, YuJa representatives will head to Birmingham, UK, for Digifest 2025. The conference, themed “Where Today Meets Tomorrow,” will gather the nation’s leading minds in learning, teaching, and research.

Then, the team heads to Oklahoma for the Oklahoma Learning Innovations Summit March 13-14. The summit’s theme, “BRIDGE – Building Real-World Innovation and Digital Growth in Education,” aligns with YuJa’s mission to connect technology and learning in meaningful ways.

April brings the YuJa team to multiple destinations, starting with Tulane Tech Day, April 11, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Here, discussions about AI, quantum computing, and data science will showcase how technology is transforming university life.

In mid-April, April 14-18, the team will attend the Best Practices in Teaching and Learning Conference — the third annual conference between three leading universities in three different emirates in the United Arab Emirates: Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi; American University of Sharjah, Sharjah; and Amity University, Dubai. This conference highlights innovative teaching and learning practices, presents scholarship of teaching and learning projects, and celebrates teaching award winners. This year’s conference focuses on student engagement.

Later in the month, representatives will join the NW/MET Conference April 29-May 2 in Boise, Idaho, where classroom technology managers and IT professionals gather to share insights about the ed-tech landscape.

As summer approaches, YuJa’s team will head to the scenic Adirondacks for the SUNY Technology Conference, June 2-5, in Lake Placid, New York. This forum brings together SUNY’s (State University of New York) technology communities to explore advances in the marketplace and address common challenges in higher education technology.

July brings the AHEAD Conference, July 14-18, in Denver, Colorado, where accessibility and excellence in higher education will take center stage. The month continues with D2L Fusion in Savannah, Georgia, July 21-23, and InstructureCon in Spokane, Washington, July 22-24. The month concludes with the Distance Learning Administration Conference on Jekyll Island, Georgia, July 27-30. Each event offers unique perspectives on how technology is shaping the future of education.

This fall, the team will head to Nashville for EDUCAUSE October 27-30. This event is the largest gathering of higher education IT professionals in North America. It provides an unparalleled opportunity to connect with peers, learn from experts, and explore cutting-edge solutions.

The conference year concludes in San Diego with the DET/CHE Conference in December, with more details to be announced in the coming months. The event brings together California’s public and private institutional leaders and educators to advance instructional technology and open learning initiatives.

In addition to conferences, the YuJa team will actively participate in sessions, host demonstrations, and engage in discussions about technology in regulated sectors. Whether you’re a seasoned conference-goer or new to the scene, the YuJa team welcomes conversation at any upcoming event: Stop by the booth, join a session, or request a demo.
